I forgot my username.
Your username is your email address. Try all of
the email accounts you have to see if one of them works. If you
still cannot gain access to your account, go to the "I forgot all my
sign-on credentials."
I forgot my password.
You can reset your password by using your
username, which is your email address. Enter your username
here and click submit. A password reset e-mail will be sent to you.
You must then click on the link in the email and create a new
password.

you can contact us to have your account reset. To validate your
account, send an email address listing all of your email accounts

the names of as many notes as you can remember to

How can I save a Note that I
can use in Microsoft Word?
Notes can save
a file in Rich Text Format (RTF), a file format which Microsoft
Word can open and preserve the formatting of the document. Just open
your note and select "Save As" from the "File" menu. Choose
Rich Text Format as the file type and save the file. You can then
double-click the file to open it in Word.
How can I make a note
viewable on the Internet?
Create your note and click Save. Select the "Publish this file to
the Internet" check box. Give your note a name and click OK.
Notes will create a HTML version of your document and publish it to
the Internet. It then opens your file in your browser so you can see
the URL that you need to view the file. To keep your identity
private, Notes creates a random name for your file.
